Our Philosophy

Preventive care for the life ahead.

At Elevé, we believe health care should do more than wait for disease to appear. Most people are told they are “fine” until a lab falls outside the reference range or symptoms become impossible to ignore. We believe there is often a long stretch between optimal health and diagnosable disease, and that this is where meaningful preventive care belongs.

Our approach combines evidence based primary care with a deeper, more comprehensive lens. We look at patterns over time, subtle physiologic shifts, lifestyle, nutrition, metabolic health, hormones, inflammation, recovery, and the many interconnected systems that influence how people actually feel day to day. The goal is not to create fear or overmedicalize normal life. It is to identify what may be contributing to fatigue, weight changes, brain fog, poor recovery, sleep disruption, or declining resilience before those patterns become harder to reverse.

We believe patients deserve time, attention, and thoughtful interpretation, not rushed visits and one size fits all recommendations. That means asking better questions, looking more carefully at the full clinical picture, and building care plans that are individualized, practical, and grounded in science.

Longevity is central to how we think about health. Not simply extending lifespan, but protecting health span: the quality of the years ahead. Many of us may live far longer than previous generations. The question is how we want to feel while we do it.

Elevé was built around a simple idea: medicine should help people stay well, not just react once they are sick.

Co-Founder

Caitlin Bothwell is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and co-founder of Elevé Concierge Wellness, a concierge medical practice serving patients throughout California. A Los Angeles native, she brings a firsthand understanding of the patients and families she now serves.

Her clinical background spans emergency medicine, longevity medicine, and primary care. She began her healthcare career in emergency medicine at Level I trauma centers, including one of the nation's leading pediatric trauma centers, before completing her graduate clinical training across primary care, pulmonology, and obstetrics and gynecology.

Caitlin co-founded Elevé after years of seeing how often patients felt dismissed, rushed through appointments, or left without meaningful answers. Having navigated that system as a patient herself, she built the practice around the belief that good medicine requires time, careful observation, and a clinician who is genuinely paying attention.

Her approach integrates evidence-based primary care with longevity medicine, advanced diagnostics, and longitudinal relationships. She does not manage symptoms in isolation. She looks for patterns, investigates root causes, and helps patients build a foundation for long-term health and disease prevention.
